the room needed better soundproofing! but the air conditioning worked great and the location was perfect for walking to the city center. the staff was super friendly and accommodating.

The room felt efficient, cold, clean, comfortable, and spacious. Unique location tucked away yet close to the historic center with minimal outside noise.
No elevator, which makes carrying luggage quite the workout up a twisty staircase. The bathroom cleanliness could use more attention, with some hair left on the shower wall and a door that didn’t open fully due to floor obstruction.

Convenient location near the train station and major sights in Florence. The room felt clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed making it easy to rest. Eduina provided exceptional service, offering tips on local attractions and authentic Italian restaurants. However, I encountered a few issues. The bathroom could have used a thorough cleaning as I noticed some hair on the shower wall. Also, the entrance was a bit tricky to find, and the lobby is on the second floor with no elevator. It made lugging my bags a challenge. Overall, the hotel has potential, but it could improve on cleanliness and accessibility.

The Single Room was clean, spacious, and had a super comfy bed. I loved how quiet it was, perfect for getting a good night's sleep after exploring Florence. The air conditioning worked really well, which was a lifesaver during the hot days. The only downside? No view, but it didn't matter much since the location was fantastic. I felt safe and at home here, thanks to the warm hospitality from the staff.
